Getting Started with G4mify
Welcome! You've been invited to join your organization's G4mify platform. This guide will help you set up your account and get oriented.
Step 1: Set Your Password
When you received your invitation email, it included a link to set your password. If you haven't done so yet, click that link now. Your password must meet these requirements:
- At least 8 characters long
- Contains at least one uppercase letter
- Contains at least one lowercase letter
- Contains at least one number
Step 2: Log In
Go to g4mify.net and log in with the email address your invitation was sent to and the password you just set.
Step 3: Explore Your Dashboard
After logging in, you'll land on your dashboard. What you see depends on your role:
| Role | Dashboard Shows |
|---|---|
| Admin | Initiative statistics, pending reviews, quick actions, recent activity feed |
| Manager | Your team's initiatives, upcoming checkpoints, calibration sessions needing votes, team analytics |
| IC | Initiatives you're contributing to, your points and tier standing, the leaderboard |
Step 4: Learn Your Role

Admin Guide
Create initiatives, calibrate points, manage users.
Manager Guide
Own initiatives, manage your team, dispense points.
IC Guide
View your initiatives and track your standing.
Need Help?
If you run into any issues:
- Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page to reset it.
- Account locked? After 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked. Wait a few minutes and try again, or contact your admin.
- Other issues? Reach out to your G4mify administrator for help.
